About the job

You will join our Sales & Marketing team to run marketing campaigns to generate sales leads for a team extension, remote teams and software development services. You will use our best practices but also have an opportunity to create your style of running performance marketing, employer branding and content activities. You will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer.

  • Location: Flexible model - remote work / hybrid / office (Szczecin).
  • Skill level: Regular.
  • Type: Full-time B2B.
  • Salary (net income B2B): 7 000 - 10 000 PLN.
  • Days off: 26 guaranteed in a year.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and implementing a communication and marketing strategy.
  • Conduct marketing and promotional campaigns in on-line and off-line channels.
  • Implement activities in the area of digital marketing to generate sales leads - SEO, SEM, social media (Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, Instagram), ad campaigns advertising, e-mail marketing and video marketing.
  • Run Employer Branding activities and campaigns.
  • Prepare and edit content, graphics and video.
  • Manage content on websites and landing pages.
  • Support Sales Team in organising and participating in events, prepare sales materials and work with graphic designers and creative specialists to create content for campaigns.
  • Liaison with subcontractors and marketing agencies.
  • Report on marketing activities and implementing improvements - web analytics, campaign reports, conversion costs, ROI.

Required qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing in IT services (software house, digital agencies), preferably in the international market.
  • Proven track of successful marketing campaigns in digital channels.
  • Knowledge of lead generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Skills in the areas of email marketing, content marketing, SEO and SEM, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Linkedin Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on various KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Social Media fluency.
  • Good copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Basic design & video editing skills.
  • At least basic UX skills to design Landing Pages.
  • Great CMS skills.
  • Familiarity with advanced Web Analytics functionalities.
  • English (B2/C1) - at least written.
  • Good knowledge of current tech trends.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of CSS / HTML.
  • Experience in marketing automation.
