1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.2. The owner of the Website and simultaneously the administrator of personal data collected through the Website is:

1.3. The User’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133, item 883, as amended) (hereinafter: the Personal Data Protection Act) and the Act on the provision of services by e-mail of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended), as well as the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.
1.4. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of the data subjects using Website and in particular ensures that:
- the data collected is processed in accordance with the law;
- is collected for marked, legitimate purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with these purposes;
- substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form allowing identification of persons they concern, no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
2. TYPE AND METHOD OF COLLECTING DATA
The Administrator may process the following personal data of the Website Users:
- the IP address of the device which the user has visited the Website from
- name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number if it’s provided in the contact form.

6. CONTROL AND ACCESS TO THE CONTENTS OF THEIR DATA AND THEIR IMPROVEMENT
6.1. The User has the right to access their personal data and correct them.
6.2. The User has the right to control the processing of data concerning him, contained in the Administrator’s data file, in particular the right to: request supplementing, updating, rectifying personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their removal if they are incomplete, out-of-date, untrue or they were collected in violation of the Act or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
6.3. If the Customer grants permission to process data for direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services, the consent may be revoked at any time.
6.4. In the event that the Administrator intends to process or process the Customer’s data for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services, the person whose data concerns is also entitled to:
- submitting a written, motivated request to cease processing of its data due to its special situation
-object to the processing of its data.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The Administrator applies organizational and technical measures ensuring protection of personal data being processed appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, in particular, protects data against unauthorized access, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable laws and change, loss, damage or destruction.
7.3. The Administrator appropriately provides technical means to prevent the collection and modification of personal data sent by electronic means by unauthorized persons, in particular, secures the data set against unauthorized access.
