D.O.D. System, with over 20 years on the market, is one of the largest companies in Poland, specialising in the distribution and installation of windows, doors, garage doors and roller shutters.
Project
KupOkna.pl (BuyWindows.eu) is an easy-to-use web tool for configuring windows online.
The idea was to allow clients to build their products based on hundreds of parameters and complex combinations to estimate the final price. In the background, an engine calculated pricing and set constraints on parameters based on production capabilities and product nature.
Results
- Positive feedback from customers and stakeholders led to the project's progress to become a comprehensive e-commerce platform.
- The website generates valuable leads for the sales team to close, and there are more to come with the growing traffic.
A unique attribute of the Magnetic Point is the ability to dig into the details and way of operating in an industry where products are not finally configured.
