Alleceny Analytics

Alleceny Analytics was an easy-to-use SaaS Platform with dashboards and reporting of retail chains' products, brands and pricing. It supported the activities of sales, marketing and analytical teams in maximising profits.

• Magnetic Point was responsible for building from scratch, developing and maintaining the system.
• The core functionalities included a Dashboard and Analysis of Product Prices, Product Categories, Promotional Flyers, and Retail Chains.
• The system was devised to simplify data exploration and reporting and yield insights pivotal for strategic decisions in pricing, promotions, negotiations with retail chains, production planning, and brand/product positioning within the market.
• The platform aided in building pricing strategies and provided competitive pricing insights. It also smoothed negotiations with retail chains, informed on upcoming promotions, and supported new product introductions while enabling promotional activity assessments. 
• Key technologies: HTML / CSS / Javascript, PHP, Laravel Framework + an additional layer of CMS, MySQL database, FactFinder search engine.

• Over 400,000 products with EAN in the database.
• Over 350 business entities (50 retail chains and 300 online stores).
• Over 30,000 promotional prices a month from retail chains.
