Maritime University of Szczecin

Maritime University of Szczecin (MUS) is a state-financed and state-supervised higher education institution governed by the Ministry of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation.

• Design a coherent user experience to combine content from all 60 universities' websites and implement them on one CMS engine equipped with a multisite module for the universities' core audiences: prospective students, students, and staff.
• Improve overall UX/UI for more intuitive browsing and improved accessibility.
• Develop a site with rich and flexible content authoring and management experience using an open-source CMS with a multisite approach and content migration.
• Setup of continuous integration process (dev - pre-prod - prod environment) based on Atlassian Bitbucket Pipelines and server architecture provided by the client.

• Stable & reliable deployment and a simple content management workflow by an editorial office of over 60 content managers. 
• Quick & cost-effective changes with the reduction of website maintenance costs.
• Over 60% increase in the number of users while reducing the bounce rate by almost 30% (comparison of the first 3 months after launching the website to the period from the previous year).
